Welcome to Financing Farmers, operated by Financing Farmers LLC (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”). By accessing or using FinancingFarmers.com (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Financing Farmers Is

Financing Farmers is an online marketplace that connects individuals who wish to purchase farm equipment—such as tractors and trailers—with sellers who offer owner (seller) financing. We are a venue only. We are not a party to any transaction, lender, broker, dealer, escrow agent, or financial institution.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. Accounts are created and accessed using a single email address and a one-time verification code. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account and for all activity under your account.

3. Listings & Transactions

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the condition of their equipment, and the financing terms they offer. Buyers are responsible for performing their own due diligence. Any agreement—including any owner-financing arrangement—is strictly between the buyer and seller. Financing Farmers does not guarantee any listing, transaction, payment, or outcome.

We expect all dealings on the Service to be fair, honest, and made in good faith. Sellers must describe items and financing terms accurately and must not use pricing, fees, or repayment terms that are deceptive, predatory, or designed to mislead a reasonable buyer. Buyers must negotiate honestly and not misrepresent their intentions. We may remove any listing whose terms we reasonably believe to be unfair or misleading.

4. Content Standards & Appropriate Language

Everything you publish on the Service—including listing titles and descriptions, display names, farm profiles, and messages—must use appropriate, respectful language suitable for a general audience. Hate speech, slurs, and derogatory or harassing terms directed at any person or group are strictly prohibited and are never permitted anywhere on the Service.

We use automated filtering together with human review to enforce these standards. Content containing clearly prohibited language may be removed automatically, and content our filters are unsure about may be deactivated and held for manual review before it is restored or removed. Members may also report content they believe violates these Terms, and we act on every report. We may edit, hide, deactivate, or delete any content, and suspend the responsible account, at our discretion.

5. Owner Financing

Owner-financing terms displayed on the Service are provided by sellers for informational purposes only and do not constitute an offer of credit by Financing Farmers LLC. We do not originate, service, guarantee, or collect on any loan. Consult qualified legal and financial professionals before entering any financing agreement.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Company.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Financing Farmers LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or from any transaction between users.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
